Ahead of the 2027 general elections, the African Democratic Congress (ADC), has reiterated its readiness for coalition and to strengthening alliances with other political parties for a better Nigeria.
The Kaduna state Chapter of the party disclosed this at the weekend during the convergence of the Coalition Partners Summit held in the state.
The Kaduna state Chairman of the party, elder Patrick Ambut, berated the APC government, saying that the ruling party has failed Nigerians, hence the need for Nigerians and the good people of Kaduna state to act positively in the coming general elections and ensure that they wrest power from the ruling APC both at the federal level and in the state.
While speaking at the summit with the theme: ” strengthening alliances for a better Nigeria”, Ambut further explained that ADC is ready to accomodate every individual that shared same ideology with ADC on how to make Nigeria a better place for its citizens.
This is just as the Chairman of the party emphasised that something must to be done drastical and positively to put the nation in its righful position, adding that ADC is the credible alternative with the clear vision to rescue the country from its woes.
“The political dynamics of this country revolved around the ADC now, and this is because, the ADC constitutes the hope of the masses at the moment, and by identifying with ADC is not a mistake. We must make a point that patrotism is not suppose to be to ourself, but to our country, and unfortunately, we are in a situation where people’s patrotism is on to themselves.
The Chairman of the occasion, Hon. Auwal Yakubu said: “the hardship under the APC-led administration has reached intolerable depths—from economic disarray to insecurity, from institutional decay to a widening trust deficit. Our people are not just tired—they are desperate for real alternatives.”
Hon. Yakubu explained that the coalition process is with a clear agenda, principled leadership, and a shared commitment to the common good of the people.
“Good governance cannot be imposed, it must be rooted in dialogue and shared ownership with the capacity to change the course of Nigeria’s future,” he concluded.
The duo urged Nigerians not to make the mistake of the past by voting APC in the coming general elections.
