The High Court of Justice, Kaduna Judicial Division, has arraigned three suspected killers of Abdulkarim Bala Ibn Na-Allah on three count charges in Kaduna on Thursday.
The said suspects, who are named Bashir Mohammed, Nasiru Balarabe, and Suleiman Salisu, were charged with criminal conspiracy, robbery, and culpable homicide under Justice Amina Bello.

In his submission, Dari Bayero asked the honourable court to discontinue the case for mention as the 1st and 2nd defendants were not represented by any counsel at the court.
While speaking to newsmen shortly after the court sitting, Bayero said that the 1st and 2nd defendants must be represented by counsel (s) for a fair hearing.
Also in his submission, the counsel for the 3rd defendant, Avong Emmanuel, requested the bail of his client on the ground of health challenges.
However, the application for the bail of the 3rd defendant was not granted by the court.
It would be recalled that Abdulkarim, a pilot, was killed in August 2021 at his home in Kaduna.
According to reports, the suspects forced their way into the deceased’s home on Umar Gwandu Road in Malali, Kaduna, during the night hours, choked him to death in cold blood, and fled with his Lexus SUV to an unknown destination.
However, the case has been adjourned till March 21, 2022 for proper arraignment and trial.
