The Department of State Services (DSS) has today Arraigned some Oduduwa Nations Agitators to Court, The agitators were arrested in Oyo state and brought to a federal high court in Abuja.
The agitators have been staging protests in the southwest of Nigeria, causing havoc and violating rule of law under the leadership of a fleeing self acclaim activist Sunday Adeyemi popularly known as Sunday Igboho.
Recall that on July 1 the agitators engage men of DSS in a gun duel while attempting to arrest Sunday Igboho who narrowly escape the arrest but sophisticated weapons and chams were recovered and arrest 12 of his illegal soliders.
After the arrest, the agitators were transferred to the federal capital territory (FCT) where they have been in detention waiting for trials.
Speaking to journalists immediately after the court session, Olajemgbese said they discovered that there are some errors in their document which they need to correct, adding that the court has granted them leave to amend their processes.
The court has fixed August 4 for continuation.
