IPOB sets houses, DSS, and FRSC offices ablaze in Anambra.
The Nigerian prescribed Indigenous peoples of Biafra (IPOB), have launched a series of attacks in the southern part of Nigeria.
The attacks which occurred on Sunday, October 3rd around 2:30 pm left the offices of the Directorate of State Security Services DSS on fire before heading to the ransacked office of the Federal Road Safety Corps FRSC in Nnewi, Anambra State.
DAILY EPISODE gathered that the militants attacked the offices for flying a Nigerian flag.
It will be recalled that IPOB has ordered members to sit at home while warning members never to celebrate Nigerian independence on October 1st.
No reports of casualties while filling this report.
However, the state commissioner of police confirmed the incident while he declined to give necessary details of the attack by the IPOB.
Many Nigerians have been killed by the IPOB militant groups who disguise themselves as unknown gunmen in the southeast region.
