The Commandant of the Martin Luther Agwai Leadership and Peacekeeping Center, Jaji, Maj. General Muhammad Fagge, has expressed readiness to train Kaduna journalists on basic knowledge of military terminologies and cultures for smooth and harmonious civic and military relationships.
This is just as the Commandant urged journalists to encourage the men in uniform through their reports.

He emphasized the need for mutual synergy and collaboration between members of the armed forces and journalists, saying both institutions should work together to advance the cause of building a better, prosperous and strong nation.

Earlier, the NUJ Chairman, Comrade Asma’u Yawo Halilu, reiterated the Council’s leadership readiness and, by extension, the over 400 practicing journalists’ readiness to collaborate with the military in the interest of the nation.
